Our analysis starts from the definition of intelligence activity as both a dispute for secrecy and a production of knowledge that expresses the interests of the producers themselves. Such knowledge, as well as the format and modus operandi of the Secret Service at the time are documented in the reserved reports and bulletins produced by the police agency, and analyzed based on the definitions of intelligence proposed here.
